Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We booked a room for 6 nights 9/25-10/1. We were put in room 212. Both my boyfriend and I are covered in bed bug bites especially me - on my back, both arms and shoulders, my face & legs. I informed the receptionist and they moved us to another room. I sent an email to management requesting they give us a call as I'm itching all over and had to change my clothes, wearing clothes that do not draw attention to my numerous bed bug bites. Management has yet to respond.

We booked a room for 6 nights, 9/25 - 10/2. My boyfriend and I are covered in bed bug bites. We informed the front desk and they moved us to room 314. We are so covered in bed bug bites that we don't know what's old or new. We are covered in bug bites on our legs, backs, arms, shoulders, necks, and faces, forcing us to change our attire so that we don't walk around in the public covered in bed bug bites. We are so itching and had asked for bandages and anti-itch cream. They don't even have bandages to give us, no first aid of any kind. I've emailed management & requested a response. I've yet to hear back.
