10 of us stayed at Edgewater in rm 1210 from May 14-21 2022. We all received multiple bites even the two children ages 22mos and 5 years. We thought it was sand fleas at first, however as the week went on the bites increased. We did inform the property management company about the room being dirty on arrival on Tuesday of our stay, when they reached out to me about bringing in 2 new queen mattresses during our stay and I informed that I really didn't want to wait a day of our vacation for delivery (they never mentioned the reason was because of KNOWN bed bugs) This was a 3 BR condo which had 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. Everyone in our party received bites, however my daughter and her husband (master bedroom) was bitten the most. My daughter had to seek medical attention for her severe hundreds of bites. I have reached out to the management company by email and a review however no response. This is unacceptable and this condo is booked for the next few months, I pray something is done about 1210, because if not many people will suffer because of a known ongoing, not disclosed major issue.
