Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed there Jan 1st through the 4th. Found bed bugs in my room after they moved me to a second room, I also found bed bugs in that bed as well. I will never stay here again it's infested with them.

Wife has Bug Bites at the Palazzo Resort Casino room 35-911. Room also smelled like sewage and was kept up most of the night with some person coughing all night long (heard thru walls). Went overnight for 1 night for relatives. Nice to be fleeced, got bed bug bites, sick, WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Date of Bed bugs: April 17th - 18th 2021.
