Our stay was November 10 to 12, 2020. I had welts on my hand after staying at Belterra the first night....thought I was having a reaction to something. The second night I had welts on my arms. That's when my husband suggested we check the bed for bed bugs. Between the mattress and box spring we found a couple. Called front desk and they sent security up. He took the bugs and took pictures on my hand/arms. They offered to wash/ dry clothes, gave us a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol,, and offered to give us a free breakfast. That was it. Clothes were returned in less than an hour and were sealed in plastic bags. I rewashed and redried everything once we were home because I just felt better doing that. Our luggage was sprayed down with rubbing alcohol and is still in bags in garage.
