Bites in arms ,legs and face. Bugs were crawling in bed surface and in pillows. Left my skin inflamed and bruised with wheaps. Hotel management did not seem concerned nor did they care.

There were bedbugs live crawling- under the bottem sheet on corner by top post. We stayed there on the weekend and couple days later I am full of bites all over head to toe. I never knew what these were till going there. The front desk people shrugged it off and said theres nothing they could do other then get housecleaning on it.

Woke up this morning to find little blood marks on the hotel sheets. When we examined closer we noticed small bugs under the sheets. When we lifted up the mattress there was an infestation in the wood frame of the box spring. The bugs were live and moving around! The ones under the mattress were so large I couldn't believe it! When we noticed this the first thing we did was call the hotel directly. The told us that a manager wasnt available but they would send someone up to the room to do a report. We waited for an hour and didn't hear from anyone from the hotel. We finally went down to the front desk and they didnt even have anyone on the way. I asked for an incident report and submitted a copy for my own records. I asked why noone contacted us and they said they were still waiting for management. They told us by 2 p.m. someone would be in contact with us. At 2:30 pm we still hadnt heard from them. I called the resort to follow up, as I wanted to seek medical attention for the bites, but they claimed they had a team come to check out the infestation and were filing a report to see the results of the type of infestation. They told me to email them the pictures I had and someone will contact me tomorrow to let me know what further measures to take. I intend to seek legal measures...
