Aug 23rd stayed at above hotel and My husband was covered in bites in the morning. When we complained a refund was offered quite quickly so I am thinking it was not a surprise to the hotel that they have bed bugs.

Stayed in room 230 on the 24th and 25th June 2019. Room was unclean but ignored it due to cheap room. After we left on our road trip for the 2nd day we were covered in bites. With my wife having over 150 of them all over her body and my sister having 50 on her face, arms, hands and feet. Have contacted management by phone and put through to management. Went straight to voicemail. Left a message requesting a call back. No response. Have sent an email to their email address listed on the site and got an undeliverable message. Will be visiting them if still no response. Requested a refund and reimbursement costs of laundry and replacement suitcase and clothes.
