I recently checked into this establishment. By default I looked for them on the mattresses once in the room because of the overall atmoshpere of the motel and room. No infestation stood out at first, after some time passed one was seen on the comforter and then one was found squashed on the baseboard. More followed and photo documentation was taken. The employee would not refund my room, and stated I would have to speak to the Mgr in the morning. I'm furious. At first I was told there were no rooms available and then told there was one. I'm under the assumption this was a known room to be infested. I was only checked in for two hours. Now I might have to throw away everything to prevent taking any home with me and starting an infestation of them at my home. My room number was 126. The employee also would not let me see the hotel's documentations that should be visible to customers that the city gave them. They are behind the plexi glass up on a shelf and clearly not visible unless you have binoculars. I would by stay here by any means if you can avoid it. I would recommend a park bench before this business after tonight's experience. Also, a crack pipe was discovered under the bed once we investigated more upon discovery of the first bed bug. The clerk seemed to be unaffected by the information given to him. Not sure what steps can be taken but none are to far in this situation. Severly disgusted.
