Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I live at 555 Maine Ave #405 Long Beach CA. We have had bed bugs since last year. We paid for it the first sight of them and thn we throw out all of our beds and couches. We recently about 2 months ago bought new furniture. I noticed a bit 2weeks ago The beginning of May that the problem was still there. I told the owner of the condo, I also called the property management. None of which cared to say the least. I pay 1500 in rent and when I told my landlord that I would be taking the extermination fee out of the rent is when and only than did he respond. I since than have called legal aid and am going to contact health department.
