Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I have made one report before this one, but do not see the listing. The problem has not been corrected! Apartment management told my mother-in-law that she would have to pay for pest control. She did not bring these critters to the complex as she had lived there for 2 or more years before we found them. She did pay for the treatment, but guess what, only for her unit! Guess what? After 2 months they came back! Do you know why? Because apartment management did not take care of treating the whole complex! I bet she better not have to pay this time and the whole complex better be treated! RIDICULOUS! I bet management did not even research how to handle the problem. Now it is WORSE! I feel they took advantage of this elderly lady, but this time they will not! Shame on you POPLAR LEVEL PLAZA! >8-(
