Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Complete infestation. Adult bed bugs were coming out of the headboards and were in the beds. When confronted about the problem they were rude, unapologetic and didn't want to give a refund. After arguing and threatening to wake other guests up they finally gave my money back while telling us to get out of there. It was a horrible experience!

6/24/20 11:00pm checked room for bugs. Found two live adult bedbugs in bed one came out of pillow case. Both had recently fed/were full of blood. When I went down to the front desk to inform them of the bedbugs they did not seem suprised and asked if I wanted to change rooms. I told them I would not be staying and wanted a refund for that night and the other three days. Was given a refund in full for all days booked.
