My wife and I moved in two months ago and she was told about the roaches but w all utilities paid she thought 'what a deal" she asked about bedbugs and lady I the office said'no we don't any problems w bedbugs" we talk'd with some neighbors to find out there is an infestation one had to move twice because of them and then we learned that previous owner sold to the new clients. how ever we been fighting a Consistent battle with these roaches killing at least a dozen a day at least. Had the pest control come sprayed but nothing then one morning she noticed a bit on her arm the next day I found one on my leg now i have bites all over my legs arms and back. However no one's reported this cause most of the folks here are on a month to month lease because of the problem. Why would they lie to my wife's face just to get us to move in when I find out who these people are... Wow!
