Me and three of my girlfriends stayed at the Bella Maggiore Inn (Room 31) for one night - checked in on Sat, 3/28/15 and checked out on Sun, 3/29/15. On Sunday morning, I noticed a few small red marks on my neck and chest. I thought it might have been an allergic reaction to something I ate the night before. As the day went on, I noticed more bites - they were clustered in spots around my neck, chest, arms and legs. They turned into hives, but didn't go away. I learned that my friend who also slept in the same bed had bites. I counted 38 bites and my friend had about 44 bites. I met with management on Mon, 3/30/15, who seemed apologetic and said he would grant me a full refund. It's Thur, 4/2/15, and I still haven't seen the refund posted to my account. I wonder if the room was properly treated after another bed bug complaint was made from a guest who was there on 3/2/15, as noted in other reports. Is there anywhere else we can report these bed bug incidents?
