We stayed in room 101 and we have many many times it’s our favorite room but this time we stayed on aug 25 and 26th. The first night we stayed in the room and got up the next morning we noticed bites but didn’t think much about it since we had been outside all day for the Jeep snow. The second night we all got our showers and I was working on my iPad and a bug jumped on the screen. I looked and I was like I know this isn’t what I think it is I caught it and took it close to the sink so I could see and the looked them up online. It was and when my husband pulled the covers back we saw a few more. We immediately got the staff present to come in and he saw them he was really nice stating that unfortunately they don’t know when they get brought in until some one else finds them. We left that night and drove home at midnight and got home around 3am but my kids did not get bit, my husband and I. We did receive a refund and as I mentioned before we always stayed there for many years but after that and the worry I had About them I think I’ll always take my camper wherever I go.
