As stated by the previous commenter there is something in the lease that puts all responsibility on to the tenant because they know about the infestation but refuse to address it which creates a bigger problem.anyone that reads the lease will try to treat the infestation themselves. Do not move into Saxony court under any circumstance regardless of what they say. I have talked to another tenant in confidence and those that do have an infestation refuse to bring it up due to the clause in the lease forcing them to pay for not only their apartment's treatmrnt but the surrounding apartments as well. Biggest mistake of my life was moving here. Don't let this happen to you.
