Me and my fiancé moved in here November 4th 3014. When we signed the lease the manager said there are no bed bugs in the apartment. I thought that was odd because I've never had a manager tell me that but I've never lived in AZ. I didn't know anything about bed bugs or what they looked like but after a week we were getting bites. I brought this to the managers attention and she said they are mosquito bites and she too was getting them and again she said no bed bugs here. This went on and on. For my fiancé he was covered in what looked like a heet rash or allergic reaction. Pharmacist said to buy Benadryl cream for the itching. I changed laundry soap. It got so bad he thought he had shingles. A month and a half ago his son slept on our couch and woke up the next morning covered in bites. I googled bed bugs to see what they looked like and found one on the couch. I brought it to the manager and she confirmed it was a bed bug and we had 3 weeks of treatment. Had to throw out our couch and chair and luggage and pillows etc. after the treatments were done we still are getting bites. I found the baseboards in our bedroom was infested with them. As I started talking with residents here I found out sever tenants are dealing with this. This has cost us a lot of money and sleepless nights. This appartmentbcomex needs to be cleaned up from infestations of bed bugs and cockroaches.
