Had live and dead bugs in both beds

1. Checked into room on Friday September 21st, 2018. Woke up at 4AM to bed bugs crawling on body and face. 2. Brought a pillow case with bed bugs/blood to managers desk and demanded a full refund. Nothing else has been done to fix this situation.

Checked into room 137 on Friday September 21st, 2018. Woke up at 4AM to bed bugs crawling over body and face. Brought pillow case with bed bugs/blood to manager and demanded full refund. A few days later, while checking bedbugreports.com, saw that another person stayed in that same room on Sept 7th, 2018, and filed a report and they still gave us that room without cleaning it first! So now I'm making formal complaints because this issue was not addressed even though it was reported 2 weeks prior and we were exposed to bed bugs.
