I checked into room 20 on March 1 2019 at 12:39 in the after noon upon entering the room it was dirty. I soon found cock roaches running around I put in a complaint to the staff and was told the roaches were being felt with but it started to rain and the ceiling fell into the room I complained to staff again nothing was taken seriously I then had to go back I to the office and threaten to sue then I then got room 21 it's just as bad this time I kept all the trash I got out if the room a full 1 gallon bottle including the bottle I now have iver 248 pictures of the rooms listed room 20 room 21 room 23 riin 23 has bed bugs roaches and several mold issues as well I have made several attempts to get my money back but I was told by the owner Brian that they have a strickt no refund policy as I paid my 520.00 dollars in my bank card so if I left I would have no money to get another room any where so I had to stay the month with roaches bed bugs filth I had to clean my room before I could use it I kept the photos the 1 gallon bottle if trash I found in the room to include needles,bread bags kids toys old dryer sheets, receipts fi Tom other people I also found an old stained towel fir my use the bathroom was repainted as mold was present they just covered iver it with paint I also found smoke detectors out if operation in rooms 20,21,23 I found windows broken in sever room's as well the roof leaks in room 20,23

Wednesday, June 4th-5th. Broke down and needed a place to crash and get out of the heat. Saw a sign for $35/room, it was $50 for two people to stay. At that price I wasn’t too upset by the roaches, spiders, locust or leaky plumbing, just grateful to be out of the heat. Woke up several times to the familiar itch of a fresh bedbug bite. I know it because I had them in my apartment a few years ago. Told desk agent at checkout and he said he can’t do anything but I should talk to the owner. Haven’t been able to reach them yet but hopefully able to get a refund.
