Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I checked the room for bugs upon entering,had my three year old son with me so I didn\'t have a lot of time to clean sweep the entire room so I missed the desk and night stand.After going outside to walk my dog which I payed to have here,I came in to see an adult bed bug RIGHT ON TOP OF THE DESK IN OUR ROOM! I immediately called the front desk because this terrified me seeing the bed bug in plain light because this obviously meant that the whole room was infested because I read they come out when people are asleep.She switched our room to 210 because I couldn\'t leave the hotel unfortunately,due to my husband being at work. I am eight months pregnant and having a panic attack because I feel stuck here.I won\'t be sleeping tonight because of the sight of the bed bug and will be watching my toddler to ensure this room does not have them and he does not end up with bed bugs on him while he sleeps.If we bring them home with us I am expecting the hotel to pay any costs of getting rid of them! Bed bugs destroy lives! I will not have my kids or newborn baby with bed bugs in our home.
