I stayed in hotel two nites. On the second nite, I noticed red welts all over my arms and shoulders. The next morning, I checked the mattress and found two live bugs on the box spring, under the bedskirt. I also notice a ton of small brown stains all over the outer edge of the box spring cover. I took the live bug to the front desk and showed him. He apologized profusely. I gave my name and number for the manager to call me. Hours later, I called and found the manager was there but had not called me. When I spoke to her, she was rude and denied having bed bugs. She said she had her pest control person come out and they told her they could not find any. In essence she called me a liar and would do nothing. I have contacted the corporate office and am still waiting to hear back.
