I took a picture of the bug then I confirmed it with the picture on line I called the hotel staff they send someone in to verify they put us in another room they said the working people would come in today and they never did I had to leave all my belongings in the room until the room is fumigated

We checked into the hotel 9/21/19 around 9pm. We stayed because it was my son's 21st birthday and we were going to celebrate. My son laid down and went to sleep and woke up a few hours later with bumps all over his back and arms. He said he couldn't sleep good because something in the bed was biting him. We pulled the sheets back only to find bedbugs crawling everywhere on his bed. We immediately packed up and went to the front office. At first the woman wasn't trying to refund me my money until my best friend was going off and threatening to call the health inspector. Then the lady refunded me my money. I didn't get a chance to celebrate my son's 21st because we drove back to home to NC. This was the worst hotel EVER! Our TV was broke and didn't even work. They didn't have parking like they should for their customers. This place need to be shut down for bedbugs and the roaches that we seen too throughout the hotel.

9/21/2019 3:13pm Two bed bugs visualized in the room. Management refused to investigate, nor would they provide a refund. Worst experience ever!!!!
