Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in on Wednesday, 12/13. On Thursday, 12/14 woke up to find bites on my thigh and arm. I thought it was a mosquito. On Friday, 12/15 - woke up to find over 30 bites on my body - arms, back of neck, and thighs. Reported to the hotel who said they would call their pest company to come out for an inspection. Company came - I asked the front desk that afternoon for a report, they said they hadn't received it but that they hadn't found bed bugs. Moved us to Room 804. On Monday, 12/18 at 10:40 AM ET received a call from hotel general manager that the company DID indeed find bedbugs, however, they refuse to give me a copy of the report and the manager was extremely rude. As of now, they are offering compensation for the stay.
