I rented1st room I tk 306 heat didn't work they moved me to 308 there 2nd rm where they bugs were found.had 3 girls in there room to swim and have fun.1 child was awaken by something running on her. I woke there other child up to see. Sure enough there it was running cross there pillow.I picked it up between my bedroom shoes , when I couldn't squash it is knew wat it was I said to them it looks like a lady bug, then little girl said to me...it don't look like a lady bug to me.I said it's ok going on back to sleep. It wasn't 2 mins later 1ran across these bottom of my bed.I ran in there bathroom grabbed a kleenex picked them bug up , take it to them front desk and gave it to him he said I can move you to another room you can take it up with management in there morn.check out time was 12 but they put us out at 11. I put girls in there car came back inside to discuss getting my money back due to their bugs I found. He said no money I've got to call for a 3 party person to check.and we will send me their bill..so rude and mean and no emphety for their 3 girls who had to endure this nasty mishap... customer service was aweful. You do have bed bugs, I took it to them counter and gave it to them nite manager...I have proof
