Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed on 8/24 and 8/25. I thought I had mosquito bites, and it didn't occur to me that they were bed bug bites until several days later when they started to swell and turn red, itchy and painful. My husband called the hotel and it was confirmed they found bed bugs in room 213. Ten days later and I'm still recovering from a severe allergic reaction to the bites on my legs, arms, hands, back and neck. Visited the doctor twice, and I am on high dose of prednisone.

5/14/2019 Woke with 5 bites. Searched bed and found small dark spots on one mattress and a bug shell. Management was appropriate. Moved me to a clean room didn't charge me for 2 nights. Said they were heat treating the room immediately.

Stayed here 8/25 and 8/26. Bug crawled in broad daylight on top of pillow. Incident occurred in room 105. Manager claimed it may not be a bed bug, but 100% sure as we looked up image. Moved to room 109 next day, but everyone got bites all over. Almost 4 days later I have giant welts on my leg. Never again. This place has an infestation based on all these reports!!!
