I stayed in the vintage. Around 3:30am I woke up to use the restroom. When I went to lay back down, I noticed a big on the top sheet of the bed. Upon further inspection, I was able to identify the big as a bed bug that had just had a blood meal. The hotel sent their security team up to the room to investigate. They did not find any more bed bugs in the room during inspection but agreed that the big may very well be a bed bug. I took a photo and changed rooms. I quickly showered and went to the laundry mat to wash everything I could. When I returned I asked for my money back to stay in a different hotel. The manager complied with my request without question.

Woke up to a bug in my bed. After looking closer though I have never seen a live bedbug, I was nervous this might be one. I grabbed a paper to smash it and after smashing it, it exploded with blood. It was a bed bug!!! Hotel management seem to obviously know that it was an issue in their hotel! I am beyond disgusted to think they were cleaning our rooms as we were leaving and not doing anything special! So disgusted!!!

1/22/22 It was a poor experience to say the least due to being attacked by bedbugs when I went to sleep in this hotel room that is supposed to be professionally " cleaned and inspected" for things such as this on a routine basis. There was a clear visual sign of an infestation of bed bugs when security came into the room and lifted the mattress up and blood spots were scattered everywhere underneath. The hotel staff showed zero concern for my health at the time that I called the front desk to make them aware, and they also showed no concern to care for my property properly (such as to remove from hotel property and have professionally cleaned and attempt to kill the bugs/eggs). The hotel then instructed me after taking the report and some pictures of the bed and my bites, that they would have their own independent test done by Ecolab. One week later, after having to call the hotel myself to follow up, the hotel GM instructed me that he wasn't aware of the incident and he would follow up with me later that day. He then called back 5 minutes later to inform me there was a positive test of bed bugs from Ecolab from late January 2022 and that he was just made aware of this situation. This was very concerning to me that I was attacked and had to leave the hotel the week prior to this conversation yet this hotel GM claimed he was just being notified of bed bugs in his hotel now? One week later? The disconnect was shocking. This hotel is not sanitary and likely infested from one side of the building to the other
