Occurred in May of 2019. One bed bug spotted in room 214. Alerted manger of hotel and he did not seem surprised. He refused to refund any money and accused us of bringing the bed bug in the building, despite multiple reports online of bed bugs at the hotel. Avoid at all costs, my boyfriend was eaten alive by bed bugs here.

07/09/21-07/11/21. Arrived at hotel late Friday night following our flight. After checking in was assigned our room, room was worn and not very nice and the sheets were damp from the humidity in the room. We contemplated leaving and going somewhere else but decided to stay due to the time and the fact that we had to get up early for a business meeting in Eureka Springs. we returned late Saturday night and wen straight to bed to catch an early flight on Sunday. When waking up on Sunday we had a few bites but didn't think much of it. By the midday on Sunday while at the airport the itching increased and when going to the restroom discovered that we were covered in bites. I called the hotel upon arriving home and was told to call back in the morning to speak to the manager. I contacted the manager first thing Monday morning so they would not rebook that room. The manager told me he was not given the message and would look into within the next couple of days. When I ask him if I could get the pest report he informed me that they do their own investigation, and proceeded to tell me that I could have gotten bed bugs anywhere. He did not seem concerned at the fact that he could have a infestation. I contacted and reported the incident to the Radisson who said they would contact the manager and investigate the complaint. They gave me a case number to follow up if I do not receive a call within a few days. Please make sure all bed bugs are reported to the corporate office.
