Arrived 7/8/17 have stayed here before. This hotel is very musty smelling. Didn't notice anything first night. 2nd night daughter killed a bug on her bed. 3rd night we caught it. I had 2 bites my daughter had a couple. The manager didn't believe we had bed bugs but refunded my stay 100%. Everyday my daughter has more bites showing up. At urgent care today now with 3 oral and 1 cream. She is in pain with itch and stabbing pain. This hotel needs to remodel and exterminate!!!!! Don't stay here

April 1 First night slept on the couch because person I was with was snoring. Woke up with nothing. second night slept in left side queen bed and woke up with at least 20 bites. Large red welts, very itchy. At first I thought mosquitoes but after looking at sheets and mattress with flashlight, we found one dead bed bug. Hotel refunded us for entire stay and we left to go to Hilton. Overall it was okay but definitely not worth the price with the bed bugs. And I’ve seen other reviews reporting same issue. Once we told management they immediately said “we will contact the visitors here before you” essentially displacing the blame. You’d think with covid they would be increasing their santitation standards. I guess not...
