I found bed bugs in my bed bitting me around 6 a.m. i went to the front desk after i took a shower i was told that i had to wait until the owner came in around 9a.m. i waited until 9:15 i went back to the front desk after sitting outside infront of my rooms and the lobby and spoke with the front desk staff she apologized and stated when the manager came in they will put me in new rooms and pay for me to wash everything in my room. Well Danny said there was no bed bugs there after i showed him the video of me killing several bed bugs in my bed. He said before he can make any acomindation he had to get a inspector to inspect. He called a guy whom is his friend an they spoke to each other in another language to inspect the room. The guy stated he said a live bed bug but no nest he was on Danny side. Danny made me and my children leave the hotel with nothing. I offered to call truly nolen he said no i need to leave before he call the police. Super 8 if full of bed bugs. The staff apologized several times for him treating us the way he did because he was the manager and their boss its nothing they can do.
