Arrived to the room and noticed dried blood on sheets. Upon further inspection we noticed a bug crawling underneath the pillow. We noticed streaks on the back and determined it was a bed bug. Left the hotel quickly afterwards.

I stayed in this Super 8 hotel from 11/9/20-11/13/20. First off this hotel is definitely not the nicest or in the best location. I wasn't expecting to have the best service or have a luxurious room whatsoever. Also I wasn't expecting to have hundreds of bed bugs in my room either and in all my stuff that got unpacked. Literary I kept seeing like small bugs and didn't think to much of it cause the seal on the bottom of the door isn't the best and I thought probably is was just random bugs coming in from the crack. Anyway then I started noticing bites all over myself which I kinda thought was just like a random rash or something. Well I didn't think to much of any of this cause I wasn't aware of bed bugs to much and didn't have a clue to what they looked like nor what were signs of them to bad I wish I would of cause I would of known within an hour of being at this hotel it was infested with bed bugs everywhere. Well what happened was on the last day the 13 my friend came over and I was telling them about my rash then they started asking if I've seen any bugs which I told them yes I few actually and then they stated it was probably bed bugs so after doing research online I found out without a doubt 100% there was a major bed bug infestation in my room and considering from how many there was I'm guessing the whole entire hotel is infested with bed bugs. Literary just looking around the room or just simply on the floor you were more likely to see one crawling around than not seeing one. I literally will not be the same after this. I'm going to have to probably throw away pretty much everything I own cause I refuse to bring these bed bugs to me and my place. I'm having crazy anxiety. This is a life changing event for me I'm so upset I wasn't educated on this matter or else I could of maybe saved some of my belongings but this is gonna cost me thousand of dollars to replace my stuff and to simply get back to where I was before staying at this horrible hotel. I notified the front desk person it was a lady with long brown hair she acted as if she's known this and wasn't concerned whatsoever and acted almost as if it was my fault and I should of known about it before hand. She said "what do you expect me to do cause I'm not gonna offer a refund at all or anything else and if you have a problem with it contact the police or whatever I want to do cause they'll tell me the same thing. It's not my problem to deal with." I'm pretty sure she's the manager or owner I couldn't believe this was how I was being treated after having this issue that was the hotels responsible to be sure I was in a safe clean room and none of that was the case. I should of left as soon as I walked into the room and noticed how unclean it was. I definitely learned my lesson.
