We checked in on 3/21/2019 and our check out is on 3/24/2019. We have been coming to this motel every year for volunteer work for the past 5 years. This time it was a horrible stay in Super 8. Around 3:00 a.m. in the morning I woke up itching. I notice my arms were red and was bitten by something. I thought it was mosquito but when I looked at the sheets I saw bedbugs. They were flat round bugs crawling. My boyfriend killed one of them and there was blood. I even took a picture and video taped one of the bedbugs on my pillow as well has all my bites that are on both arms. I went directly to the receptionist working at night and she said that the manager will not be in until later in the afternoon 12:00p.m. She apologized and gave us another room to stay. She said that she feels that the room she is giving us is much better since it is a suite and is rarely used. I was hesitant to stay another night but I did not have any choice since many of the motel/hotels we called had no vacancies or overpriced. We were transferred from room 217 to 151. The room that we transferred to was better, however, I could not sleep well after because I was worried I was going to get bit again. I spoke with the manager, crystal, and she said she can refund me my first night. She said the reason why possibly there are bedbugs is because they have people who work horse shows that stay there. I was surprised that she said this because I'm here researching online and no one has reported this. There are reviews that show they have found bed bugs in this facility/motel. I told her I hope that they report this so this problem can be fixed. We stayed the next two nights in room 151. They refunded the first night. Although they refunded my first night, I still have all these bites on both arms and is very uncomfortable. I do not anticipate to stay in Super 8 Indo ever again, not because of the staff but because of the bedbugs.
