Checked into hotel after viewing/ interviewing musicians at a local venue at 2:35 am. Didn\'t plan or pack anything/ just too tired to drive home: wanted sleep and a hot shower: Room smelled like urine, dead cockroach w/ wings lodged in between folded towels above toilet next to profanities carved into wall. My husband and I were exhausted and did not notice these things until we woke up ( late) alarm clock provided didn\'t work correctly, hubby a boss called him from conference he was supposed to be st. We were unable to shower because of being late due to alarm, Roach Towels, and despite being charged for two adults/ we were only allowed one extremely tiny shampoo that wouldn\'t have helped my husbands beard, let alone my hair. I voiced my complaints all day, never to be allowed to speak to a manager, staff raised voice and denied responsibility. Since my last encounter/ which I was told we\'d be reimbursed for the four hours we spent. Refund hasn\'t happened and I am continuously itching, swollen ankles, bumps popping up everywhere! I was horrified to realize we had bedbugs!! Neither of us have ever experienced anything like this! As we speak I\'m resisting the urge to cry myself into a scratching frenzy. I have video and photos of other disgusting encounters/ but we were too exhausted and did not check for bedbugs. Now we\'re worried we may have infested our cars, home, and mostly our children. Please shut this show down!
