Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We found a begbug one one of the beds, full of blood. I immediately reported this to the front desk and broght the nightclerk to the room to show him thebug. This was at 1am on August 9, 2016. I requested thata report be filled out and the night clerk assured me that hewould do this. We were given another room and were given a refund. No report was written however despite assurances that one would be done and ready for us to see at checkout at 8am.
