Checked in on 9/17 Han noticed some bites on 9/18 but I thought it was mosquito bites as I work outside. On 9/21 I had told the hotel that I thought I might be getting spider bites and asked if they could do a complete bedding change and I believe they changed the sheets only . On 9/23 I received a call from the hotel asking if they could move my belongings and I said no I will move my things give me 45 min to get there . They called back and told me that I did not need to move my things that they were going to do a deep clean . On 9/25 I caught a bedbug and killed it when I call to the front set and asked to talk to the manager I was told that the manager is on vacation and if I wanted t wait a wile I could talk to the maintenance. As I was checking out the ladies at the checkout seem to be unconcerned to the situation. And the accused me of not checking in properly.
