Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Found Bed Bugs in the first of the two queen size beds we checked. There was also another bug on the bathroom floor (not a Bed Bug of course). There was no problem checking out immediately and the staff person apologized, but did not act surprised. BUEY

I stayed one night, Tuesday august 3 into Thursday august 4. This was the only new place of sleep in 3 previous weeks. Having experienced bedbugs before, several years prior, in an apartment complex, I noticed several extremely itchy bites, in a line, on my forehead, neck and arm. I called management to inform them that I think they may have bedbugs. He responded, â€œoh no! There is no way that can happen. Weâ€™ve never had that problem beforeâ€™l in a demeaning sort of tone. When I explained myself he seemed rather dismissive and it appeared as though he was telling me he would look into it, just to get me off the phone.
