Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed five days unfortunately with a friend. We both had been bitten throughout the stay but as we didnâ€™t find anything neither of us were suspicious. On the last night we found multiple bed bugs. Iâ€™ve been scarred sense that night. We stayed from July 24-July 29 2020. Hotel and booking site both refused a simple refund despite proof of bed bugs and bites. I didnâ€™t even ask for money for the materials Iâ€™ve had to buy to treat the bites as well as to hopefully prevent the spread.

Monday night 6/21 I was talking on the phone and turned around and saw a bedbug crawling on the spread. It was on the side by the wall. I sleep on the other side. I mashed it with a Kleenex and took it downstairs to the man in the office. The next day one of the managers told me that I would have to check out and that she couldnâ€™t give me another room because they may be in my things. I told her that it was not in my things, it was on the bed. I looked the hotel up on goggle and found out that they had bed bugs before.
