bed bugs found. reported to manager. accused of bringing bugs with us, NO WAY. denied refund rude manager

Stayed 6/7/2019, reported next morning at check out and showed staff pictures (huge infestation). Cancelled remaining trip. Hotel staff said they would be shutting down the room and calling exterminator. Management was not in until Monday morning 6/9/2019, i called back and she Apologized and informed me she was waiting on exterminator to come and give full report. As of 6/10/19 they still had not seen exterminator and wete waiting on report. Management said they would refund our stay, still waiting to see refund on credit card statement.
