3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Date of night spent was on November 02, 2019. Within 30 minutes of my wife going to bed she awoke and said something was biting her on the arms, hand and face. She moved to the adjacent bed for the duration of the night. I awake the next morning with a few bug bites. My wifeâ€™s eye was also bit on the eyelid and almost swollen shut. her hand and arm was also swollen. This was reported to staff and a full refund was given, and an apology was given. Upon reaching home, my wife sought medical treatment at local urgent care clinic who confirmed the bed bug bites. My wife also had to take the day off work as a result of the allergic reaction to the bites.
