I stayed June 3rd to June 4th in room 101, woke up in the morning to watch a live bedbug crawl it's way through the sheets and off of my pillow. Took recording, photos, etc. Manager on duty said oh well, you're checking out today so no refunds. Like huh?? I wake up mottled in bites and have video of bedbugs in the room but oh well? This is my first encounter and not only was it terrifying but it really makes me angry to think that I paid money to be exposed to such a hazard. Can email all evidence if needed.
