We checked in on Dec,25 2015 at Hoilday Terrace Inn at 3:53pm. We took our clothes and other items and placed on table and left. When we put clothes on table in room it had a very bad smell. Like a mold smell. We didn\'t come back until around 10:40pm and pulled covers back in room 104 and they was bed bugs and stains and mold on mattress and box spring. We asked if we could get a refund and they offered another room. So we grab our stuff and went to room 108. The smell was about the same,mold on the ceiling, a rag that had dried blood stains on it bedbugs on box spring which I have pictures of. We packed our stuff up again put in car and told the man up at desk that we just couldn\'t stay. He said that we would not get a refund got very rude told us bedbugs don\'t surface and we didn\'t know what we was talking about. He then said he\'d have the manger call us but threw the paper over onto another part of the desk. We spent $142.00 just to lose dew to there bedbugs which ain\'t right.
