Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We checked in on Dec. 2, 2022. After being in the room for a few hours, a bed bug crawled across the comforter. We immediately caught it, tried to kill it, and phoned management. They quickly came up to the room and took away the bug. We were given quarters to wash all our clothes and moved to another room. However, that room on the other end of the hall had a dead bed bug on the floor. We closely searched the rest of the room and bed and did not spot any other bugs. When we checked out on the 4th, we were told we would receive a full refund for the stay. It took four weeks and hours of phone calls to finally receive the refund as promised.
