Found bed bugs and asked for a refund. The front desk clerk didn't apologize or act surprised. What a joke

We found live bed bugs and one dead one. Took them to the front desk and they didn\'t really seem shocked, didn\'t even apologize and said its not a problem, yet we were very suspicious because we noticed at least 4 rooms that they were heat treating for a \"yearly deep cleaning \" we were told. He finally gave us a different room at nearly 1 am, we spent till after 2 am going thru personal belongings and switching rooms, our 4 kids (ages 5-11) were freaked out and extremely tired but scared to go to bed. We would have left except it was the middle of the night! We ended up checking out early the next morning and going to a different hotel.
