reported beg bud to hotel to desk manager the hotel manager Jay Harris would not confirm but took all our belongings and wash them. also gave name of pest place to confirm they sprayed. They have not called back to confirm they sprayed the room. He said they might not tell us!

Kids went to sleep early. Went to go to sleep around 3am and found several bed bugs on the beds near the children. The staff working couldn't do much because of the hour. We left in a taxi. Was refunded for the room. April 2nd 2017

We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Watertown NY on Saturday November 9 2019. We checked into the hotel mid-afternoon and came back late after supper. The was no evidence of bed bugs until we noticed a small bed bug crawling on the pillow. We called the front desk and they sent the house person who confirmed the sighting. This person was very dismissive and gave us the impression he did not care about our discomfort. The hotel offered us another room on the same floor but we refused. It was the middle of the night and there was no manager available. The desk clerk gave us a refund and plastic bags to seal our luggage at which point we left. When we arrived at a different hotel, another group was waiting who had also been sent over by the Comfort Inn. Bed bugs may have been more of an issue than the desk clerk had us believe.
