Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

6:30am Wednesday 04/05/2023, used phone to identify small red bug crawling across bed. 3 separate pictures identified a bed bug. Have small red insect bites around ankles and a small cluster on my wrist. Showed management the picture. Several hours later got an email that they had a “qualified technician” inspect the room and found no evidence of bed bugs, but said they would switch my room for me anyway. Nobody contacted me to inquire about the photos or the bites. Was staying there for work, reported the incident to my employer and they had me switched to another hotel that day, spent the day at the laundromat sanitizing clothes.
