5/22/17 I checked in to this hotel on 5/15/17 i noticed on one of the extra beds they keep in the hallway had a bloodmark on it so i investigated and low and behold a bed bug started crawling out of it. Keep in mind this bed was right in front of my room. I reported this to the staff and it took them 1 and a half to remove the bed from in front of my room then as i was getting in to bed i got worried and started checking my bed. I SEE A DEAD BED BUG IN MY BED. I report this too management and they couldn't give me another room because the only rooms available was the smoking rooms i tried to go in there but my lungs didn't take it. So i had to sleep in the bed bug room ANOTHER NIGHT. I'm afraid bed bugs got into my bags and my clothing. I also started checking my body for bites and I now have 3 bites on the back of my neck from bed bugs. I showed management this and the video proof of all these things and they argued at me and STILL CHARGED ME THE FULL PRICE no discount no compensation. They were very rude and kept all of my money. Now i have bed bug bites on me, bed bugs in my clothes to get rid of somehow, and still had to pay the full payment.
