I attempted to stay at the Best Western Inn in Braselton,GA in mid-November. As always, I check a room for bugs as best as I can before bringing in stuff. I discovered bedbugs in room 105A -a good number of them in the same area on the lower mattress at the head of the bed. I am doing all I can to report this hotel, since the manager did not seem very concerned. Perhaps nothing at all is being done. You can't just "spray" them. The room needs professionally redone and de-bugged. I have yet to hear any confirmation as to whether or not anything is being done.
