Stayed at this hotel 4/15-4/17. First night in room 318 I woke up to itching on my finger and hand. It was 3am...I woke my husband up to confirm that what was crawling on my pillow was in fact bed bugs. Immediately he checked the mattresses and sure enough there was bed bugs. Hotel staff came and saw for themselves. I have pictures of the bugs and bites and also video of them crawling on bed blanket.
