Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On January 11, 2015, I stayed at the Howard Johnson Billings with my daughter and granddaughter. I received three bites on my neck, three on my face six on my forearm and one on the back of each arm. I sent the management an email with no response. My daughter paid for the room. Thus far, no sign in my home. Never had my bag on the bed. Did see a doctor due to serious inflammation and was prescribed a cocktail of antibiotics/allergy medication. A week later I still have sore, itchy red bites. YUCK!!!

18th and 19th October 2021 The motel was $246 for two nights in Which we didn't stay, because we found bed bugs in both rooms Which where 30 feet apart from one another. When we reported the bed bugs to the front desk they told us that they wouldn't refund us our money even though we didn't spend either night at the motel. After finding 4 bed bugs we left the motel because we did not want to endanger the health of the 6 month old baby.
