First bug was seen crawling across pillow, proceeded to kill the bug and then began the search to find several more. All of which were within several stages of maturity from egg to mature adult. One of which was dead which indicated they had tried to treat the room prior to our stay. Management did not do anything besides refund the room cost and say they would notify housekeeping in the morning when they got there.

Did not see any bugs, however, three out of 7 people had several bite marks on torsos’. We all slept in different beds. It happened Sunday night, May 13. I called Wed and the employee immediately apologized, refunded the full amount of the room charge and said the room had not been used since we stayed in it and he would mark it unusable until they checked it out and took care of it. The room was very clean and this appears to be a newer hotel. I love Hampton Inns. They are my favorite hotel because of their cleanliness. Now I know bedbugs are no respect of quality and cleanliness so I’ll be doing bedbug checks whenever I stay in a hotel, no matter the chain, again!

We checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on February 2, 2019, reservation was for a Suite Rm 306. My husband was going to the bathroom when he saw a live bug in the corner at 1:00 am. We took a picture and called the front desk and the front desk worker, Allison and another lady came and took a piece of tape and caught the bug. The said they would notify their GM in the morning and they would heat treat the room. They moved us to Rm 227 and we cannot sleep and will not turn off the lights. Freaked out and live 4 hours away. Will strip when we get home and will take all clothing to the laundry mat and run all clothes on hot.

I stayed in room 306 on April 26 and 27th, 2019. After the first night I woke up with five bite marks on my body that formed into very big welts. I initially thought they might be spider bites. Later that night upon returning to the hotel I asked for hydrocortisone from the front desk and showed the bite marks. I was given packets of hydra Cortizone but the staff did not do anything to inspect the room, Under the assumption that perhaps they were spider bites. The following day a bed bug crawled out of my purse in front of me while I was looking at my purse. Looked it up online, it was definitely a bedbug. Upon calling the hotel the employee was very courteous and even offered a refund without me asking. She seemed to be very apologetic and as though she was going to take immediate action, saying that they were going to remove the room from their list of rooms. She requested that I call back on Monday to talk to the manager.
