I was laying in my bed sleeping when I was woken up by a very large bed bug crawling across my FACE then my mother lifted her sheet to find an entire colony of them!!! I had to go to the doctor for my bites because I had so many and I had to take my dog as well. when I confronted the manager and showed him the bugs he tried to blame me!! he said that I brought them and that it is not a concern to them. I came here from a ramada inn I had been staying there for weeks and never itched or had bites or saw any bugs and none of the housekeepers did either. the manager did not even offer me a different room all he said was I can refund you for yesterday but that's it and he wasn't even polite he was rude and yelling at me the entire time. now all of my belongings are infested and I have to pay out of my own pocket to treat everything.
