Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

8/27/2017 Going bedbug on our bed and entered on my shirt which was on the bed. We put the bedbug in a napkin and took it to the front desk. The lady at the from desk called the manager. When the manager arrived he agreed to give us a refund for the 2 rooms. I think the hotel should be shut down until it fixes this problem. I do have pictures of the bedbug

On Friday October 6th I booked a room at this facility. By Sunday morning, I presented with bed bug bite on my neck (couldn't shave) and my forearm Just from stripping the bed. We have pictures. In hindsight the Google reviews were like deja vu. Another review said that the manager was nasty and threatened "blacklisting" (as he did to me) and another described bedbugs among other negative accounts. Looks like the manager has a history. If you do stay here, inspect the room thoroughly. The ancient, buckled carpet in the hallways is probably harboring an infestation. Mind the hallway carpet by the pool, major trip and fall hazard. In hindsight, all the "perfume" was probably an attempt to get rid of the bed bugs.
