Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed at this location Aug,2015 with a group of people from Hampton,va.Eveveryone that stayed had to go to the emergency room and I have Drs notes to prove it.One person was responsible for all of our rooms and we gave him medical records to prove our bedbug claims. ..He failed the complaint and we have Not heard from him since.He reportedly was reimbursed for our pain and suffering!

10/9/20 - 12am - 9am. We had a free night through Wyndham Rewards and they put us in room 109. It had stains on the wall that they told me the maintenance guy didn't paint over before he quit. They had no one in the office from 9pm-9am. We woke up to a giant bedbug crawling on me and roaches crawling all over the room. We looked at both matresses and they were crawling around in the crevices. When I told the front desk clerk, he insisted that the room did not have bugs - but they would move us to another room "and thank you for bringing that to our attention." They also refused to give us towels and argued every time we asked for them (one towel does not work for 6 people).
